We’re thrilled to have welcomed Melrose High School students to our Albany, MN, plant for an engaging tour and informational session! At Wells, we believe in investing in our future workforce by connecting with students and sharing the wide range of career opportunities our company offers. We were inspired by the enthusiasm and curiosity these students brought as they explored our operations and learned about careers at Wells. Thanks to all who made this event a success—we look forward to connecting with more future leaders! #CareerOpportunities #FutureWorkforce #CommunityEngagement #WellsCareers
At Wells, safety isn't a program. It's how we operate. During Construction Safety Week, we're reinforcing our commitment to making sure every team member goes home in the same condition they arrived. From our facilities to our jobsites, safety is owned by everyone and led from the front. This week, our leaders will be out in the field, boots on the ground. They're engaging with crews, recognizing safe behaviors, and having real conversations about how we can work safer every day. Because safety is more than compliance. It's about people. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyFirst #BuildWithoutLimits #PeopleFirst #AllInTogether, #SafetyWeek2026 #BuiltAroundPeople #WeAreWells #SafetyCulture #WorkSafe
Throughout March, Wells team members in Monroeville, AL came together to collect donations for the Monroe County Animal Shelter, because caring for the communities where we live and build means showing up in meaningful ways. This is Wells in action: teamwork, compassion, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact. Want to join in? Consider supporting the Monroe County Animal Shelter and help care for the animals — and community — that make Monroeville home. #CommunityImpact #MonroevilleAL #WellsBuilds #AnimalShelter #GiveBack #Teamwork #SupportLocal #MakeADifference #WeAreWells
Today we're celebrating Employee Appreciation Day — and we mean this sincerely: Wells is built by its people. Every bold idea, every challenge solved, every space that shapes a community for generations — it starts with the talent, dedication, and passion of this team. Across every region, every capability, and every role, you show up and make what we build worth building. Thank you for everything you bring to this work and to the communities we serve together. Today and every day. 💙 Ready to build a career without limits? Explore open opportunities at https://wells.build/careers/ #EmployeeAppreciationDay #WellsBuilt #BuildWithoutLimits #WorkAtWells
Last week, team members from Wells joined approximately 4,500 students from more than 2 dozen schools at Saint Cloud Technical College for EPIC (Exploring Potential Interests & Careers), an event that empowers young people through engaging, hands-on activities. Students kicked things off with a test that helped them explore their "epic" interests and opportunities, directing them to clusters that matched their passions. Those who chose the construction cluster got their hands dirty alongside our team, mixing concrete and creating fast-drying molds to take home. Seeing their curiosity turn into excitement as they built something with their own hands is the kind of connection that can change everything. Getting to work alongside the next generation of problem-solvers, creators, and builders — that's what it's all about. #HandsOnLearning #CareerExploration #ConstructionCareers #YouthEmpowerment #BuildingSkills

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month — and it’s an important reminder that mental health matters in every industry, especially construction. Our industry faces one of the highest suicide rates in the country. Long hours, physical demands, and a “tough-it-out” culture make it harder for many to reach out for help. But change starts with open conversation and support. 👉 Know the signs. 👉 Share resources. 👉 Check in with your team. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Support is confidential, free, and available 24/7.
