At UCB, sustainability goes right to the heart of how we operate. Whether it’s expanding access to our solutions, innovating to solve societal health challenges, creating a working environment where our people can thrive, or reducing our impact on the planet. And we know that every action counts. This is why our colleagues are encouraged to actively engage in reducing their environmental footprint through numerous initiatives. One of these is the monthly Refill Market at UCB UK run by dedicated volunteers who sell eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products, encouraging colleagues to bring their containers or use our recycled ones to reduce packaging waste. Together, we’re united in our desire to help people living with severe diseases and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future for everyone.
