HUMANS OF T-ROC: Rebecca G. From Store Manager to Recruiting Powerhouse at T-ROC Some career paths take unexpected turns—and for Rebecca, that’s been the most rewarding part of her journey. Starting as a store manager in the Xfinity program, she never imagined recruiting would be in her future. But when the opportunity arose, she took the leap, and it paid off. What began as a new challenge quickly turned into a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles. Through hard work, support from her team, and a drive to grow, she climbed the ranks from recruiter to senior recruiter, and now, to recruiting team lead. Outside of work, Rebecca is all about good vibes and great company. You’ll find her cheering on the Detroit Lions (loyal through thick and thin!), rocking out at concerts, or meticulously crafting LEGO masterpieces. She also cherishes quality time with her nephews and her four-legged best friend. Her advice for anyone looking to join T-ROC? “Stay open to new opportunities. This is a company that values adaptability, hard work, and a willingness to learn and grow.” After five years of career growth, she’s living proof of that!

At T-ROC, we believe in the power of spreading joy and making a difference in our communities. We had the honor of volunteering at LOTUS HOUSE WOMEN'S SHELTER the largest women's homeless shelter in the country, sheltering over 1,550 women, youth, and children annually. From child and family therapy to employment training and housing support, they offer comprehensive programs that empower women, youth, and children to heal, learn, and thrive. Joined by our Chief People Officer, Page Valgora, a group of 14 Corporate T-ROCers rolled up our sleeves to lend a hand. We assisted their culinary team with meal prep and serving, and their Operations team with organizing and cleaning around the shelter. Our time at Lotus House was incredibly rewarding. We're not just giving back - we're helping to build safer, healthier, and brighter futures for those who need it most.
