We are excited to welcome Dr Paula Franklin to the Board of Spectrum Life. She brings a rich history in the medical field, along with deep experience in the corporate wellness industry. Prior to attending John Hopkins University to study public health, she had worked as a general practitioner at St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College. Afterwards, Paula worked on US health legislation and policy for the nonprofit Children's Defense Fund in Washington, DC. Upon her return to the UK in 1996, Paula joined Bupa and held a number of high-level medical positions before becoming Chief Medical Officer of Bupa Group and joining the senior leadership team. Paula has an MBA from London Business School, an MA in Bioethics and Medical Law, a diploma in counseling, and is on the board of the Youth Sport Trust in the UK. Paula is a fantastic addition to our board and has a wealth of experience in healthcare innovation, digital transformation, and delivery. She will be leading our Clinical Advisory Board.
