It's been a while since our last update on Glassdoor... and a lot has changed at Smarter cover Limited! Since 2021, we continued to scale at pace & invest heavily in both our people & our products. What started as a small but ambitious team has grown into a thriving, high-performing business. Over the past few years we have: - Successfully launched four of our own products: GetProtected, along with it's sub-brands Mumsurance & Dadsurance. As well as 50PlusLife. - Moved into a new, larger office in Leatherhead to support our continued growth - Grown from a team of 22 people to 130+ across the business - Expand our Sales team from just 12 people in 2021 to 75+ Sales agents as of today (07.04.2026) 2026 has already started at full speed. Q1 has been our strongest quarter in company history with: - Record-breaking sales months in, January, February & March! - 36 new hires across multiple departments, including a record 29 new Sales joiners - 7 internal promotions, including 3 consultants progressing into Team Leader roles through our development programmes. We have also strengthened our Senior Leadership team with the addition of a COO, Business Psychologist, Head Of L&D, Head Of Talent Acquisition, Head Of Help Desk & Head Of Operations for 50PlusLife.
