Providing SCJ people with opportunities to learn and grow is key to the company's effort to sustain a culture of curiosity and continuous development. Recently, at our Global Headquarters, SCJ hosted our annual Learning Week. The agenda was packed with panels that shared their expertise and insights, discussions that highlighted innovations within the company, as well as professional development sessions. To round out the experience, there were also networking opportunities, booths staffed by SCJ teams, snacks, and giveaways.
In 1992, SCJ people established what is now known as the Alliance of Black Professionals, a voluntary, employee-led Employee Resource Group. Throughout its history, the Alliance of Black Professionals has left a lasting, positive mark on the company and the communities in which we operate in.
