Man Yu started his Promethean journey 8 years ago, and since then he has made an incredible impact for our Neighbors and fellow Prometheans. Currently, he oversees our Office Services team, and was awarded our Home Office Promethean of the Year in 2023. Little Titans Day is back! We welcomed the next generation of pint-sized Prometheans to our Home Office for a day jam-packed with crafting, sweet treats, and dance-offs! As a special surprise and delight, we had our friends Vanity Portrait Studio capture these ‘aww’-inspiring moments to take home – along with titan-sized goodie bags from our awesome Office Services team. Alex Lugo, Neighborhood Service Manager at Spruce, started his Promethean journey 25 years ago as one of our Neighborhood Porters, and since then, he has supported multiple Neighborhoods, grew his maintenance skillset from Technician to Service Manager, and has been a leader amongst his peers. This week, our team celebrated this incredible milestone, in true Promethean fashion, with lots of food by the pool and soaking up the sun. This week at our Neighborhood Director and Neighborhood Service Manager gathering, we learned how to apply the “outward mindset” to everything we do. From finding creative ways to recognize others, to understanding each other’s goals, needs and objectives by turning outward. As a bonus, our fabulous Learning and Development team also hosted our very first GROW Expo. We are so grateful for having so many resources as a Promethean!
Our FIT (Find Your Inner Titan) Program aims to prioritize wellness for our Prometheans. Every month, the FIT team organizes various workshops covering exercise, nutrition, stress management, and financial wellness. In this month's session, FIT leaders Emily and Chris, hosted a Sushi roll making class, offering Prometheans the chance to create and enjoy their own rolls while spending quality time with one another!
