We are hiring!!! We are looking for an ambitious Junior Customer Retention Agent to join our Retention and Loyalty team on a full time basis at PrepayPower’s state of the art head office in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The successful candidate will be highly target driven, hardworking, and motivated. This is an entry-level role with a clear progression structure. You will join us as a Loyalty advisor after two consecutive months of hitting targets, you will be given the opportunity to progress to a Retention Advisor role. Joining the Retention team will offer a higher salary, an uncapped commission structure, and hybrid working options & you will be supported by a Senior Retention agent along the way. Progress to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, Mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors.

We staged the 'Tour de Prepay' spinathon on Friday to help Concern Worldwide raise money for their Ukraine Appeal. Cathal Fay, David Grindle and Maurice McGonagle captained the three teams that went head-to-head in a super-tight race. But, in the end, Team Maurice just about edged it! A big thank you to everyone who participated and donated on the day, especially the companies that contributed equipment and refreshments. Bizquip Limited supplied waters and energy bars, The Fruit People delivered boxes of fruit and cyclestudio.ie provided the spin bikes. A great day for a great cause!
