🎉 GLOBAL SUMMER CELEBRATION 🎉 When summer comes along, it can only mean one thing here at Pipedrive: Summer Garage! Every year, our offices around the world host a celebration of the incoming warm weather (depending on the location, of course) with fun activities out in the sun, fresh air, and lots of Pipedrive spirit, all with a unique theme! This year, however, we did something a bit different. Our amazing Communications and Events team got together and in an incredible feat of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, created what was, without a doubt, the event of the year: GLOBAL SUMMER GARAGE! Tallinn hosted all Pipedrivers in one location for the first time in a long while. From Los Angeles to Sydney, our global team came together to celebrate 15 years of Pipedrive! With Y3K being the theme of the event, our Pipedrivers showed their awesome spirit, as well as their incredible fashion sense, in a celebration of our heritage, history, and a look towards the future and what it holds for Pipedrive, our customers and partners. Today is World Mental Health Day 🧠 a global initiative to raise awareness about mental well-being and the importance of supporting one another. To signal today's importance, Jaime, our Director of Talent Enablement & Growth dedicated a post to her team following an offsite in the forests of Estonia! "Last week, I had the privilege of bringing my team together for a few days in beautiful Estonia. We’ve grown as a team this year, and this was the first time we all came together as one Talent Enablement & Growth team. "We agreed that the theme of our time would be ‘togetherness,’ with no big agenda, no forced fun—just fresh air, good food, and time. Why? Because we’re a busy, high-energy team. We work with people, we talk a lot, and we care deeply. But to do all of this sustainably, we need to take care of ourselves and each other 💚 "So, to prevent burnout and to have time to talk about the things that can sometimes overwhelm us, we stepped away from the busyness and spent quality time walking along the beach, playing games, and even braving cold pools post-sauna (and yes, I attempted to resist this, but my amazing team encouraged me to jump in and not miss a moment!). Another year, another School of Code! 🚀 As summer reaches its end, it's back-to-school for many young and bright minds. For us here at Pipedrive, it means one thing: back-to-School of Code! The School of Code is our 11-week product engineering internship where the next generation of software engineers get to experience a unique learning-focused program. It offers intensive training, teamwork on real projects, and full-time mentorship from our experienced Pipedrive engineers. This year, the School of Code will take place where it all started, in Tallinn! Our 10 interns are prepped and have already started their journey this Monday, October 7th, and we at Pipedrive can't wait to meet them and help develop their careers as future software engineers. Shoutout to Mykhailo, our Senior Engineering Learning & Development Lead, who once again led the charge in getting the interns on board with us, and of course, our amazing Talent Acquisition team for the support on the hiring efforts. #togetherwedrivegrowth
