Prior to Pico, Nicol served as the Head of HR, IT, Real Estate/Facilities, Events and Compliance at Evercore and was a member of its IPO executive team. Previously, she was the Head of HR for HSBC, Securities in the United States, and the Director of Administration & HR for Bear Stearns, Global 24/7 Information Technology Division.
