A huge congratulations to Colin Stephens who reached his 15 year long service milestone this week. Colin commented: "People always ask me why I’ve stayed with OGL for so long and the simple answer is the people. From the top to the bottom of the OGL roster I have always had nothing but friendship, laughter and support from everyone I have worked with. I’ve been given opportunity after opportunity and have been tried and tested over the years with many challenges and have been supported fully all the way. I honestly say to anyone looking for opportunity, it is here for you at OGL – you simply have to step forward and tell your line manager you want it and ask what you need to do to progress and OGL will support, guide and reward your hard work. They certainly have for me!!" Read Colin's full story

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new Reward & Recognition programme known as The OGL Reward Board. The Reward Board was introduced in January 2023 to provide a flexible, personal and timely opportunity to recognise when a member of staff does something amazing. We wanted to be able to recognise "great"; whether that is an amazing achievement at work, exceptional feedback from a customer or other member of staff, or even a personal achievement such as charity fundraising or really going above and beyond for a colleague. When nominated, the member of staff is invited to the Reward Board to choose and envelope containing one of a wide range of rewards from vouchers and cash prizes to food & drink, and experience days. There is even extra holiday in there too!
Christmas 2022 - Thank you to all our staff who donated to our Food Bank Campaign this year. Emma Porter (Head of HR & Legal) along with Laura Bennett (HR Officer), Lewis Liggins (Customer Success Manager) and Carl Hillier (Head of Profit4 Operations) made the delivery to the Food Share Wyre Forest & Community Cafe just before Christmas. The amazing volunteers that work there said the food we have donated will make a real difference to around 20 people who are homeless and around 80 families so thank you!
Congratulations to Dani Rapson who celebrated 5 years at OGL recently. Dani's manager commented: "Dani is very creative and brings some great ideas to the table and inspires us to look at different ways of attracting new customers." Read Dani's full story:
