We are thrilled to celebrate the successful goโlive of Instruction Manuals (IM) Portal 2.0, delivered in close collaboration with the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) (MOF), alongside partners Magnolia and Amazon Web Services (AWS). โ IM Portal 2.0 represents a significant step forward in modernising how Financial and Procurement resources are accessed and governed across the Whole of Government, improving accessibility, governance, and usability. โ Bringing together multiple legacy portals into a single, centralised experience, it enables faster and more accurate access to information, stronger content governance, and smoother content updates for IM owners. This supports over 158,000 public officers across ministries, statutory boards, and other government agencies.
