We’re proud to share Elizabeth's story and the hero behind it, Jocelynn, a claims specialist at Lincoln. Jocelynn's actions embody everything we value in servicing our clients. She used her experience as a nurse to evaluate a deteriorating situation, proactively reach out when something didn’t feel right, and make a potentially life-saving judgment call to send immediate medical attention to her client. At Lincoln, we take pride in our service and in people like Jocelynn, who make a difference every day. Follow the link to watch the full video.

We have a rich 119-year tradition of giving and enhancing the quality of life in our local communities. Each year we reflect on our commitment to each other, those we serve, our communities and the world around us through our Corporate Social Responsibility report. Our 2023 CSR report: The Power of Us, highlights our actions in the areas of philanthropy, volunteerism, environmental sustainability and responsible business practices, and proudly features the many members of Team Lincoln behind this great work. Together in 2023, we focused our investments on financial wellness, education and human services to support our non-profit partners, people and places in need and cultivate a culture of belonging.
We are honored to share that alongside Teach For America Greater Philadelphia we have been named a Partners in Philanthropy honoree for our collaborative efforts to drive positive academic outcomes for students!
Congratulations to the graduates from our first cohort of UNCF Lincoln Financial Scholars! From Lincoln's Chief Diversity Officer Allison Green Johnson: "This competitive career development program, which focuses on students studying at various HBCUs, was developed as part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and our 8 Actions to support racial justice and equity. It also aligns with the Lincoln Financial Foundation’s focus areas of education and financial wellness. Throughout the program, participants engaged in a curriculum to develop skills and knowledge to support a successful transition from college to their careers. They participated in live webinars with experienced moderators and guest speakers, completed self-paced learning and networked with industry professionals and fellow scholars. The program was a success, with 28 graduates receiving a Lincoln Scholar designation, program certificate and financial support toward their spring 2024 semester. We look forward to running this program again in the fall!"
