Maybe a prolonged illness left them unable to work, or they needed time away to focus on raising a family. Whatever the reason, we know it can be extremely daunting returning to work after a career break, and our IRIS Returnship Programme offers the support required to allow these individuals to ease back into work and reach their potential. Our Returnship placements are up to 6 months long and involve regular check-ins with a dedicated Returnship Coach, part time hours to fit around childcare or other commitments, access to our training courses and the opportunity to progress to a permanent or fixed term contract at the end of the work placement period. On Thursday last week, we heard from our CEO, Elona Mortimer-Zhika, alongside our Chief Operating Officer, David Lockie and our Chief Financial Officer, Michael Cox, during the IRIS FY23 kick off call.
