Together with 17 dedicated volunteers, we collected over 6 bags of litter (both garbage and recycling), making a significant impact on our local environment. September 30th marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, also known as Orange Shirt Day. The day is recognized to bring awareness and educate Canadians about the history of residential schools, honour the victims and celebrate the survivors.
