In mid-January, Gen launched a company-wide challenge for Genovators to hone in on the power of resilience. 💫 Here are the impressive results: ✔️ We learned how it promotes well-being and ways to build and strengthen it in our everyday lives ✔️ We ran, walked, jogged over 67,000 kilometers (41,000 miles) ✔️ We practiced mindfulness, appreciation and gratitude, completing nearly 1,000 resilience exercises collectively ✔️ We got outdoors and spent time with nature ✔️ We shared more time with friends and loved ones 🐶💙🧒 Overall, we felt GOOD. 💪 Practicing resilience can have a wide range of positive effects by fostering mental well-being, adaptability and a more positive and productive work environment. All important parts of Life@Gen.

Recently, Genovators (as we like to call ourselves) joined Women4Cyber for one-on-one mentoring sessions. This led to 80 connections with women who are either starting their cybersecurity careers or transitioning into new roles within the field. Through mentorship and support, initiatives just like this are instrumental in helping us to bridge the gender gap in technology.
