We are looking for an exceptionally talented Group Learning & Development Manager based in either Dublin or London. About the role… The successful applicant will lead the group-wide L&D department, work alongside business leaders to offer market leading development programmes to existing and new team members, whilst ensuring that your team offer exceptional training to suit the business needs. You will oversee all aspects of training, including e-learning, collaboration with external partners, and classroom-based training. Ensuring you lead by example, your infectious passion for instilling a learning culture within the business is essential.
