The seasonal changes that come hand in hand with the summer months can greatly impact our food preferences and appetite. Our employees enjoyed a Summer Cook-Along demo last week, facilitated by Sarah Keane from Zevo Health. We were guided step-by-step through a range of delicious plant-based recipes that included strawberry banana ice cream, loaded cauliflower steaks, almond banana french toast and strawberry cheesecake cookies - ideal for warmer weather. Here at Distilled, we believe in giving back. Our wonderful colleague, Roisin Hogan, held a fundraiser recently in remembrance of her beautiful Mam, with all donations going to The Cancer Clinical Research Trust Ltd . Professor John Crown looked after Roisin's mam and he went above and beyond for her along with all his patients. Most families have sadly been affected by cancer, but we truly believe one day a charity like this will save many lives🙌 Distilled have donated €6,000 to this wonderful charity.
