Hi everyone, I'm Kevin Lee, the new Country Head and CEO of Razorpay Curlec. We hear you. And we’re changing. We’ve seen your feedback. Some of it has been tough to read but we’re not here to ignore it. We’re listening. The company has been through a journey. Over the years, many passionate people helped build Razorpay Curlec into what it is today. I'm blessed and I'm deeply grateful for their hustle, their heart, and the impact they made. That foundation matters, and we don’t take it for granted. At the same time, we recognise that not everything worked. Some of the feedback reflects real, lived experiences. We could have done better and that’s why this new chapter matters. With fresh leadership in place, I'm focused on building something better: a culture rooted in trust, openness, and real care for our people. A place where you work and you can call it home. We won’t claim to have it all figured out. Culture isn’t changed overnight. But here’s what we can promise: We’re listening. Not just to what’s said publicly, but through regular, honest conversations with our team. We’re holding ourselves accountable to a higher standard of leadership.
