How much does a Slp make in Ireland?

Hi all, I have worked as a speech language pathologist at the schools and an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic for the past 5 years. I am looking to transition to the medical setting (inpatient/acute care), however, as I do not have any medical experience (either from graduate or post-grad), I am finding it difficult to get my foot in the door. Any advice?

Does anyone know the current salary for Licensed Physical Therapists w/26 years experience in long term care facilities or outpatient clinics in Roanoke, Va, Lynchburg, Va or Bedford, VA?

Before we hit the weekend I just wanted to put a plug in for SPEECH! If you're interested in education, but want to have more than a Bachelor's degree and get paid way better than a teacher, consider becoming a speech therapist. There's a big need for more SLPs!

I’m currently trying to get into physical therapy like physical therapy, assistant but im trying to start off as an PT aide I’m trying to find a job as an aide but I’m having no luck I was thinking about going to school for 6 weeks a community college to get my Pt aide certification but from reading google & Reddit reviews people saying it’s a scam for people to pay when it’s jobs that will train you on the job can someone help me point me into the right direction and path plz
