How much does a Retail Manager make in Ireland?

Hello Everyone, I am currently working in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Storekeeper with 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management in Oil & Gas projects across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. Solid experience for more than 20yeaes as Assistant Store Manager. decided to leave to job where i am at my comfort zone for more than 20years. leave the comfort zone and now moved to the new organization with a Big Name Company since last 6 months. at my age now it so difficult to me to adapt with new place. i cant learn fast i cant remember most of the new company SOP. seems i can go along with my colleagues but i cant go with my new manager. it jeopardize my probabtion

Is 210k base for 12 yrs experience for EY Studio Manager fair? Should i ask for more? Austin. Bonus they said was 5-20%. Currently 2nd yr M at Deloitte.
