How much does a Head Baker make in Ireland?

Anyone made the jump from big tech to a startup care to share their experience? Currently a staff engineer at a big tech, making about 550k. I'm bored and tired of bureaucracy. I'm torn between a similar position at another big tech or a startup. I assume a startup package would be 250-300k and 1% equity for a founding security engineer role. Startup seems interesting and I love the idea of building something with high ownership, but I'm afraid that the financials don't make sense.

I've been in my field for nearly 20 years. I love my job but I don't like it anymore. The pharmacy world is changing rapidly and I'm having a hard time keeping up with it. I've gone from 12+ years as a lead technician to being dropped to clerk. I haven't been allowed to use my skills after going to work at a corporate store when my independent store closed forever 6 months ago. What kind of job could I transition to that I can use my skills but not physically be inside a pharmacy?

I am interviewing for a director level role in industry. There is a ton of influencing without authority in the JD. I’m wondering if this role is really senior director by scope. What are your signals a role actually is senior director ( considering scope , complexity, impact etc) ? For context, this role is responsible for managing a corporate functions portfolio of projects and a PMO/integrator and functional change leader/communications lead. Cont in comments
