I am looking to exit into Pharma, 5+ years of experience, PhD from top world university. However, struggling to even get past CV stage. Have been looking at brand manager, insights, and/or S&O roles. This is for the UK. Any advice? I am starting to message job posters via LinkedIn (either HR or VPs) to try and enhance my chances but not sure if that is the right approach. Thanks all.
