How much does a 2nd Level Support make in Ireland?

Has anyone out there worked for Cologix, Inc? I applied for a remote IT Support Specialist position a while back (Can't exactally remember when though). I got a response the other day asking if I was still interested. No request for information or anything phishy. I said yes & got a response about a day later asking me to answer some job related questions. No urgency, no personal information & everything looked legit. Fast forward to today & I get a job offer. Hello, I had a job in the it networking role for 25 years I have recently been let go of my duties about 5 months ago and of having a real real real bad time trying to find anything remotely what I used to do. It's like my job has been phased out. I was a support specialist and a technical support specialist but it seems like all those roles now roll up into tier one which I am not. Can anybody help me please? I know that a lot of people are in the same boat as me, but I'm looking for advice

I recently applied for an entry-level support assistant role at Latham and sent in my recorded interview but have yet to hear back. It's been almost two weeks. Should I be worried?

I have been at this company for 2 years. They were a safety net from a layoff. I’ve been building manufacturing items in our ERP system. After about 6 months my role started evolving and I put myself out there to improve processes with success. I am now in an intermediate analyst role. I have been recognized for my work but never promoted, role changed, or any raise to reflect the extra effort I put in. People don’t really talk to me unless they need something. Any advice?
