Pros

I have quit this company after being ideal for a month in the company. But I was disheartened to learn that many of my well known colleagues were fired later on without prior intimation.

Cons

Very less salary. Since from two years the salary was stagnant. Started from 26,150 Rs and still before I left it was that much only. They have fired many employees without prior intimation even they were working for 5 years or more. So no moral ethics exists in the company. The Pune office is third grade office with no proper infrastructure(poor parking facility) you don't get that feel of MNC while working here. The language of communication is Marathi in office. All internal politics. There is no scope for learning new stuffs. No transparency. HR does a poor job in bridging the gap between top level management and bottom level employees. Pune office doesn't have HR department which is again a disaster. The bond of 4 years is outrageous and harsh its basically to clip the wings of a budding engineer. There is no site exposure to. There is no provision or scope of further studies. There are no perks like accommodation, nominal charges for food in the canteen, pick and and drop facilities. Survival with 26k in tier 1 cities becomes difficult with that meagre salary.

Pros

The experience is good and it can be beneficial when you decide to move on. There are a few but only a few truly good smart honest people at TKS and I appreciate those people and the prvilidge I have had to work with them.

Cons

The Amount of ignorance that works directly for TKS and how well they pay these very ignorant people is sickening. Communication and Due Diligence is a foreign term they have yet to understand.

Pros

Quality lower level employees that unfortunately turn over for reasons listed below

Cons

Management hires employees for a certain job then baits them into trying to do something different than what they were hired to do. They don’t give employees a chance to develop but expect them to know everything the moment they walk in the door. Employees are given no training or guidance when they start working here. The HR department admits they have no power to change the combative adversarial culture that’s been perpetuated over many years which is great for commiseration but terrible for enacting the needed improvements. Headcount restrictions, 3 year 401k vesting period, rampant employee turnover, and meager two weeks vacation for the first five years cannot attract the talent needed to sustain the business let along grow it (you do have the option to “buy” another week of time off).
