      Pros

      tem. is an incredible company to work for—the best in my experience. The team is full of intelligent, hardworking, and down-to-earth people. Senior management genuinely cares about our health and well-being, and they've launched numerous initiatives to support us, like flexible working hours and a wellbeing budget. This level of support is rare for a company at this stage. It's truly the best group of people I've had the pleasure of working with, and there's plenty of room to grow.

      Cons

      Like any early-stage startup, there can be some pressure and chaos. Not really the founders' fault; it's just the nature of any startup.

      Some amazing pros: - best team I've had the chance of working with, open line of communication and honest feedback - emphasis on inclusive culture (if you want it!), we may be fully remote but that doesn't stop the team from having a good time - well, fully remote! - creative blank slate, we're trusted to try new things / new tools / new strategies and learn from our mistakes - momentum, the potential is crazy - emphasis on professional and personal growth - cool employee perks (health budgets, remote budgets, international team trips, etc)

      Cons

      Not really cons but good to know: - MOMENTUM! Things are moving really really fast, gotta keep up - energy industry is a tough industry (even more-so today with everything going on in the world), need to be conscious of this

      Pros

      Tem is the perfect combination of a really enjoyable place to work with good people, an awesome mission and a company that really wants its people to grow. It combines humble people with a bold aspiration, and it is perfect for people who want to stretch themselves and are driven to do their best.

      Cons

      It's not so much a con as a cultural thing of direct feedback and clear expectations. That is definitely something that you need to embrace because if you don't listen to feedback, and if you don't try to meet those expectations, you'll get left behind.
