      Pros

      You can get away with bad programming. Nobody will ever check your work. Free water. A twenty year old can climb the ladder very fast because all his superiors will quit within a year.

      Cons

      12 hour work days. Poor pay. Management treats workers line garbage, and tries to suck every ounce of productivity out of them until they burn out and quit. Turnover rate is close to 80% a year. The good reviews here are of questionable validity.

      Distress, no chance to find another job. Central location in the city of Zurich.

      Cons

      Stress with management. Broken promises, lies, misbehavior of management.

      It used to be great. Now it's an IT shop.

      Pros

      The team. Very active, very close relationships. Sometimes interesting topics.

      Cons

      The code quality is bad. The management is bad. It takes weeks and months to understand large projects and you're happy if some things don't randomly break. No focus, randomly generating income seems more important. Broken promises.
