Overworked with little pay!

Pros

- Friendly staff - Close to the station (15 min walk) - Salary packaging is available upon completion of your 6 month probation - Pay is on time

Cons

- Bad location. Hard to find parking unless you are paying $150 a month for a spot. Also traffic on the street makes waiting time to get out about 30 minutes to an hour. - Heavy workload with no incentives (unless you are a sales consultant) and constantly overworked. - High turnover - Management is not transparent. - Only 3 places to eat nearby which aren't too great. Need more cafes. You either have to drive to Macquarie Centre or other locations for food or walk to Gordon. - No formal training provided so you are often in the deep. - Average salary for certain roles - Too many departments with little information about who does what and where to transfer clients to

Pros

Hybrid work model and nothing else.

Cons

- Teams often engage in blame-shifting, fostered by a management style that encourages such behavior. - Management avoids taking accountability for the issues that stem from their own decisions. - Agile is for the namesake, no proper planning and if something goes wrong management easily pass blame on team members. - The organizational culture is poor, and managerial/seniors communication is authoritative rather than respectful. - Recognition, appreciation, and growth opportunities are absent for those who challenge the status quo. - Decision-making is opaque, with little transparency or involvement from the teams who are directly impacted. - Feedback channels exist in theory but are rarely acted upon, leaving employees feeling unheard. - Collaboration across teams is weak, with silos reinforced instead of broken down.
