      1.Free lunch provided. 2. Working on a cutting edge technologies. 3. Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      1. It's not suitable for foreigners as there is a lot of housing crisis in Ireland. 2. Commuting is a great challenge. Getting a driving license is not so easy in Ireland (I would say it's a nightmare). 3. The process is pretty slow. The HRs are quite passive. The relocation for foreigners is not good.
