      Ambitious small company with great environment badly managed and run.

      Pros

      Small organisation, which still has the Australian family business feel to it in envronment. Ability to work with some of the top law firms worldwide.

      Cons

      Work is managed on a adhoc basis, nothing is documented and saved, processesare not adhered to, roles and resposibilites are blurred and heroric are the call of the day. Have been known to lose important documentation/contracts, limiting ability for company to get the money its owed.

      Pay is just about average for Arizona, and you know how low it is in Arizona. Ask a school teacher.
