Being small every individual counts. You can interact closely with CTO You get to know the market forces. No corporate hierarchy to bog you down.
Cons
Being small also means market forces determine whether your job is secure of not. Company will have difficulty having a long term strategy

Pros
The core group of people that have worked there for a long time have created a relaxed culture of openness and friendliness in a small office. Product is pretty good and customers like its easy to use interface and simple 'does what it says on the box' proposition. Its very competitive and a compelling alternative to the big players in the market like F5 and Citrix.
Cons
Unfortunately the market is shrinking and evolving into something different to what traditional load balancing vendors have created, and jetNEXUS may not have the size and budgets to build and market the innovative solutions for the new age of digitalisation across the cloud and other platforms.
