I have worked with this company for many years in North America. Over the last 5 or so I have never seen such poor corporate upper management. The 2 or 3 individuals that run North America are, what seems to be, over their head in managing this company. They treat the employees very poorly as well and partners. They take zero accountability and literally try to force everything they can down our throats to increase sales with zero though behind the process. ( actually there is no process) Its laughable to most that have been with the company more than 10 years. Almost all the team is unhappy and miserable but due to the reactionary type of management everyone walks around scared. Its is one of the worst corporate cultures I have ever seen in my life and continues to deteriorate.
