Pros

you could wfh or anywhere, subject to your boss. depending on your boss, not all managers are equal.

Cons

incompetent would be the least harsh word to describe the management. the culture were lacking, you wouldn't feel welcomed nor any sense of belonging if you're slightly different. multiple factions based on skin color were common. diversity was just there at the surface level. being the dominant, the oriental kind were pretty much loved to stick to their own, speaking their own language. The australian company has become more like the orient one. politics were common throughout the whole company. With people leaving one by one, you could hear some whole different side of stories and surprises, truly surprising ones. increments were super low, and that also subject to decision by the higher management, as he has the discretion in deciding who to get low or high increment and bonuses, as no managers were dare to oppose him.no transparency nor democratic practices.

Pros

Best thing in this company : - the workload is fine if you have a good relationship with the upper level - working hour is flexible if you have a good relationship with the upper level - dress code is so freedom sometime you will feel yourself dress too much - huge office and plenty room for you to walk around when you have free time

Cons

Problem : - company spending too much of money on moving office and commercial end up redundant seat happen. It's obvious that need to be covered up. The worker asked to leave in 24 hours and telling you is not your fault. - cutting down bonus and telling how well is your salary in this company (meaning don't even try to think about increment). - when having review time if the boss is not like you, he/she will walk away from that room and leave you with the leader and talk about it. after the finish, he/she will walk in back. - miserable working pathway. - manager and the lead are the same lines, making much drama if you tell your problem you are facing, after that you better find a better job and they will try to cut you cause you will become the problem. - since new bosses come in, old staff seems like the end of the day. New empire needed to support the new bosses. Old staff will not need unless you know how to drama. - in this company, you can dress as less cloth as you love to. thinking of working in the garden penthouse and dress sexy dress is not a problem. HR won't bark you. - if you want a retired plan, you can think about joining this company. - bully cases are obvious and the manager is the evil in this. the company will give a short lesson to learn not to bully or harassment and you are forcing to join and pass the score.
