      Pros

      I have nearly 10 years of experience in work and volunteering. This is the first workplace where the healthy organizational culture written on paper is actually applied in reality. It’s a dynamic work environment that challenges you to want more from yourself, to learn more, to explore, and to create. Teamwork blends seamlessly with independence and autonomy. Colleagues are friendly, with an overall positive vibe. Respect for employees is reflected in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend it.
