      Great place to get experience and meet people

      Pros

      Small company with fun team. Tons of opportunity to work on interesting projects and get visibility with big companies . If you are a self-starter and interested in health IT you will do great here. If you hate ambiguity and need lots of supervision, go somewhere else.

      Cons

      It is a nonprofit, so little resources for salary increases, but benefits are good.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic environment. Rare to see as much obvious gaslighting and nastiness in such a small office. Interestingly, a telehealth advocacy group that didn’t follow COVID protocols and and more amazingly - disability protections and accommodation under the ADA “did not apply” to them (I guess as a smaller organization).

      Everyone in the office is very laid back. Professional.

      Cons

      Part time contracts only. Being the sole developer, you have to multitask projects and you are your own development team
