e3 Financial has a wonderful culture that is based upon mutual respect, support and understanding. The principals of the firm value work-life balance and demonstrate the value through their own actions. Leadership is heavily invested in showing support and appreciation towards all team members by hosting biannual employee appreciation days, supporting education, and an annual ski trip! Plus we are offered every other Friday off.
