Toxic KPIs hovered, like a dark, heavy shroud, a driven environment, where dreams were disavowed. Upper management, wielding power like a cruel whip, causing hopelessness to grip. Stress and despair, the companions of the day, no progression for most, only privileging the way. A place once filled with promise is now drained of all light, leaving us feeling empty, a soul without its flight. So now we took our leave, bid farewell to this stage, seeking solace and fulfilment, no longer caged. In the realm of helping hands, we shall find our way, a new chapter awaits, where purpose shall hold sway.
