      Terrible Management

      Pros

      It’s a young company with a lot of potential for growth. They provide leads for new and experienced agents so prospecting and finding potential clients is easier.

      Cons

      There is no agent to agent mentorship or help with continuing education, leaving agents to fend for themselves and make a lot of mistakes. Hourly employees are not able to use their accrued time off until they’ve been with the company for a year. Policies change on a whim.

      DON’T WORK with the manager

      The company working hard for Zillow as the clients .

      Cons

      I had a negative experience with the manager at this place. Despite being a relatively inexperienced agent, I sought her assistance during a challenging transaction. She took charge of the negotiation process, but instead of taking ownership of the situation, she reprimanded me for being too accommodating to the clients. Additionally, she threatened me by indicating that I would no longer receive any leads. I had paid a 20% fee from my commission for mentorship, but she did not provide the level of support and guidance that I had anticipated.

      Extremely detailed training unlike any other brokerage I know of. I have 21-years of experience in Real Estate as an agent and Manager. The opportunity to grow as an agent with lots of qualified leads, systems to help manage pipeline with company resources like ISA’s, transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, coaching, access to top agents for advice is just scratching the surface!
