Pros

Good name for the resume, learned a lot from experienced coworkers.

Cons

This company treats its employees terribly, just uses them up. This company is widely known for producing beautiful work, so prospective employees line up to work there. The company leverages its reputation against its employees via poor wages, and long hours. They discourage employees leaving the office for lunch, and suggest they take 30 minutes for lunch hour.

Pros

Formerly best in class for architectural renderings. Retains several great clients.

Cons

The company struggles to inspire its employees. It is not a productive and creative environment. The company culture is a wee bit somber.
