Pros
Hourly pay is pretty good ($12) Time-and-a-half on Sundays and Holidays ($18/hr) Friendly coworkers Job is easy and laidback Got a raise after working for almost a year
Cons
Poor management - have had management blow up at me for asking reasonable questions Scheduling - I don't know my schedule for the next week until the Friday before, which isn't always enough time to get coverage when needed No incentives - no store discount. They say they have been working on it, but I have worked here for almost a year Communication between managers and between management and staff Corporate office neglectful of the needs of lower end employees and customers
