Supportive teammates who are generally approachable and willing to help. Unfortunately, there appears to be a pattern where underperformance or lower contribution often results in greater visibility and attention compared to strong, consistent performers

This is a family-run business where several team leads and leadership positions are filled based on personal relationships and family connections rather than technical knowledge or relevant experience. Career growth is highly restricted due to the absence of guidance and productive feedback. Pros

404 This place is just a factory for interns. Don't work here for more than a year.

Cons

No respect for the employee. They will treat you like a trash and still make you do all the work. The engineering managers, directors and the entire management is corrupt. Expecting growth here, is a waste of time and a threat to an employee's mental health. Do not join this place if you don't want to mess with your mental health. They will torture an employee to the extent that the employee will himself/herself resign. They don't want talented individuals. They want donkeys.
