There is not enough time or room here to write it all. Examples: USA executive and USA Middle-mgmt is just a bunch of brown-nosing lackeys who got/keep their jobs by telling India only what they were sure India wanted to hear. Verbally abusive to all, and never seen an environment where firings were constantly threatened just as a matter of conversations. They are the most juvenile bunch of can't-find-a-job-elsewhere losers on the planet. All other quality personnel left Zenith with the Continnuum - and they never looked back except to poach friends and buddies still left back at Zenith. Good for them.

Management is practically non existent in this company and is at the mercy of the CEO. This is not a traditional company by any means. Commissions are not fairly split over all team members. Updates to policy changes and product updates were not often shared with everyone and you had to find out from a coworker or another department. Lack of enforcement to policy and procedure.
