      After 3 rounds of interview the HR doesn't even care to convey the final results. Doesn't care about the candidates.

      Pros

      When the business was taken care by founders, company had a vision and everyone was aware where we were heading to.

      Cons

      Since when the strings have been taken by Ajeet Khurana (CEO). Company has gradually lost entire business and now at the verge of shutting down the entire operations. Employees have lost their faith and he himself declared it as a dead company. It clearly seems that the new CXo level management is not interested in growing the business but they are willing to fill their pocket so by the time it is realised they have digged in the grave of the company, they will be long gone.
