I have never seen a employer following up the candidate to join prorating dreams which is all ZERO.... worst part after joining..employee is not suppose to go to LOO without management permission and they set your day when to login, eat, break .. forget about logout..Most important SALARY.. lol thank God i left early ...worst place to work ....no proper salary..not on time...Ppl wan to see how life gets screwed up can join ZARANTECH >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>GOOD LUCK

Endless .. They just play with ur career No salary No of No benefits No growth Feed up working here

You will never get salary on time, They expect you to work like robot's, No value for the employes, Dont listen to their sweet talk and fall no one should suffer like I did think before joining here

There are too many: 1. No salary on time. 2. No PF. They will deduct from salary but. 3. Mental harassment non-stop 4. No plan. Only money money money is what management wants. 5. No leave policy 6. No overtime paid 7. They pretend that its 5 days working, but make you work 20-20 days in a stretch and no appreciation. 8. The MD who's only qualification is that he is CEO's brother just messes around with people for his own pleasure. He is an uneducated person with no management experience. 9. All good reviews are fake. The employees are made to write good reviews under pressure. 10. You can forget about incentives. You want to save yourself, don't join this company! If you want to ruin your life, go ahead! They are always hiring anyways because no employee stays here for more than 2 months.

Salary won't be credited on time CEO disapproval Even if you are dying you should come to office No Proper leave policy Mentally irritation If you want to survive here you have to nod your head for everything the management says They take down employees whenever they want like use and throw

1. No Salary provided on time 2. Worst working environment where you will be treated like salves (as if they own us) 3. You will find "THE WORST EVER MANAGEMENT" and "HR'S" also support the management. Zero value provided for you. 4. Work very late all the time and still they demand you to come early for work 5. Once you join it is really difficult to get out of this company 6. After leaving the company they will not provide full and final settlement. 7. Your PF will also not be provided as they do not pay it but still deduct it from your salary.
