      Company with potential but no structure/standard

      Pros

      Good Hours, some employees are cool. Not hard to learn duties.

      Cons

      Company needs more structure and care from hire-ups. Needs better pay, roadmap for raises and incentives for hard workers. Needs a better culture and standards. Has a bad reputation for hiring anyone, needs to have a standard of quality workers..far too many workers that cannot read or write english. Qualified individuals are not utilized to their max capabilities, instead you are boxed/confined to certain roles. Good workers leave as there is no real growth and bad workers get fired. Cannot retain quality workers, very high turnover. Management constantly has resigned and there has been open acts of favoritism.

      Pros

      By the time I left, there were no pros. I cannot begin to explain how badly this job affected my mental health.

      Cons

      It was a terrible place to work. Hard work only earns you more hard work. If you're not brown nosing or sleeping with someone higher up, there's no room for growth no matter how good you are at your job.

      They are failures and refuse to look out for most workers

      They give you a lot of hours, most of the time

      Cons

      They back load a lot of work for end of the month and require people to work overtime, despite what they're lives may be. They have times of the year where they hire A LOT of new people, but that's only because they fire A LOT of people whenever they're orders are low from customers. It's also very concerning that nearly all interviews and hires are from referrals. They are truly heartless and only care about upper management receiving bonuses off the sixty hours their employees will work in a week and bonuses from keeping employee wages under their benchmarks by firing a lot of people.
