      Although ZON is big enough to have human resources politics to value the professional course it doesn't do that in a smooth way

      Challenging enterprise, with creative and strategic teams, telecom leader, a wonderful "School". It's a good place to work and a dynamic environment.

      It's difficult to change areas in the company and to have a career development.

      Opportunities to switch areas and learn in the process. Solid company. Good working conditions including gym and cantine at Central offices.

      Cons

      Without clear evaluation system at the moment. Redefining processes and teams after the merger with Optimus creates some confusion. No salaries upgrades for long periods
