      Affiliated with Marriott brands, looking good at the outside

      Cons

      - last minute secondment, no respect for lower ranks time, - excessive work hours, - unethically handling of Covid infection, knowingly operating hotels whilst staff is infected

      Pros

      Only the immediate colleagues that you are working with are bearable. Otherwise, most of them are two faced

      Cons

      The higher management are simply has favouritism at their best. The benefits are lower than basic. Long working hours with no incentives. Expected to just be a cheap labour with no career advancement. No guidance and mentoring. Heavily rely's on trainee's from their college.

      The rank and file people are really nice .

      Cons

      Politics is rampant here Save yourself , no one here work as a team . Below market rate salary No benefits except medical which you need to call HR first before admission ( no medical card ). Only 1 panel doctor which is in Starhill gallery . Long hours Management don’t appreciate staff. Very old systems for the hotel , they are using 20 years technology instead of investing in newer and faster system . Everything is save cost . Training is your own initiative , they won’t pay for the expenses .
