Micro managing, “favoritism”, low pay, a lot of work, degrading and offensive sarcasm! Dominated by “ certain people”, mangers are bunch of gossipers they living the dream with nice cars and houses! Work under poor weather! The company just got bought out by bigger fish! There is no work/ life balance they expect you to work weekends too catch up on the load of work! My manger told me to log in on Saturday to catch up! If you leave at 5pm everyone looks at you, you are expected to stay 5:30pm! Work for free!
