Pros
There was a lot of variety in the work. There are opportunities to learn.
Cons
Things were very unorganized when I worked there. We ran out of petrolatum every few months or other items that were essential. The quality is severely lacking. Production doesn't wear gloves when they are making products. There are some people that don't follow the rules like wearing hair nets for example. There are a lot of nice people mostly. There are a few people with anger management issues.
