Pros

Free food in the cafe Some very talented employees People really hope company will succeed

Cons

Where to begin? Leadership is tone deaf. Always taking about being in it together, yet blame employees left and right for their problems. Executives are completely clueless. Unfortunately, they don’t listen or care to hear from the common folk and don’t create relationships with staff. Company is lacking any sort of strategy or direction. “Leadership” puts the same or nearly same “strategic goals” for the company year after year and are unrealistic and ignorant about exactly how they will get the company there. While there are some great minds there, they will never get a chance to lead as the CEO just hires his friends to take on big roles that they are not suited for. Could have turned it around...now I fear it’s too late.

Pros

Good, smart people to work with before current management take over. Lots of developer control and decision making. Really nice flexibility.

Cons

New management comes from a very large corporation. They are trying reinvent the entire company with no industry knowledge. New guy brought in literally a dozen of his friends to work for him. Typical immature wannabe hot shot who likes throwing around the "my way or the highway" line.

Pros

- Good location and nice office

Cons

- Employee turnover, even at the leadership level, is extreme - Leadership makes cuts to keep their friends and favorites over individuals that have actually had success. How do SR. level sales individuals whom have sold less than 100k over the course of numerous years still have jobs?
